FileTinker offers free file tools that run in your web browser. You may use them for your personal or business files, provided you comply with these terms and applicable law.

You keep all rights to the files you process. Because everything runs in your browser, your files are never transmitted to us, and we claim no ownership or licence over them.

You are solely responsible for the files you process and must have the right to use them. Do not use FileTinker to process content that is unlawful or that infringes others' rights.

Do not misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

FileTinker displays third-party ads to remain free. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or the products and services they promote. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that processed output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Always keep a backup of important files.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileTinker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
